Anyone can quote a sample. What matters is whether the tenth container matches the first. Incoming material through to sealed carton happens under one roof. Once a model is approved we keep the cutting die, so your second order costs less to start and looks like the first.

A manufacturer. Our plant covers material processing, pad cutting, stitching, assembly and packaging, which is what lets us support bulk supply and OEM projects direct from the factory.
Q2Do you offer OEM and private label on mop pads?
Yes — material selection, size customisation, backing systems (hook & loop, pockets), logo branding and packaging design, all on bulk orders.
Q3Can your pads fit well-known brands?
Six systems today: four in production, two in sampling. Send the brand, the model or the pad itself and we confirm the fit before you order.
Q4What types of pads do you supply?
Microfiber pads, PVA sponge heads, reusable and disposable non-woven pads, cotton heads, coral fleece pads and blended fiber refills — eight materials in all, covering different cleaning jobs and replacement cycles.
Q5What is your MOQ and lead time?
Trial orders start at 300 pcs per pad size on stock materials. Standard production is 3,000 pcs per pad size and colour, or 1,000 sets for a complete mop. Printed retail packaging needs 5,000 pcs. Lead time is 35 days after confirmation.
Q6What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 for the quality system, a full BSCI social audit, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class II on pad materials, and REACH screening on anything shipped into the EU. Steam mop units carry CE and GS. SGS and Intertek reports are issued per programme. Certificate numbers go out with the first quotation.
Q7What are your payment and shipping terms?
30% T/T deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. L/C at sight on orders above US$ 50,000. We quote EXW Suzhou, FOB Shanghai as standard, FOB Ningbo on request, and CIF where you need it. Shanghai is 90 km from the plant.
