Where it earns its place
Deep pile that traps hair and fine dust instead of pushing it. The pad most likely to win a side-by-side demo in store.

The high pile that traps dust holds water badly and takes a long time to dry. Sell it as the dusting pad in a two-pad set, not as the wet one.

Will you cut it to a frame you did not make?
Yes, and it is most of what we do. Send the pad you use now photographed next to a ruler, or a drawing. We cut a die to it and keep the die on your account, so the second order carries no new setup charge.
What is the minimum order?
300 pcs per size as a trial on stock colours, 3,000 pcs per size and colour for standard production. See ordering terms.
Can you match a colour?
Twelve colours are held in stock. Pantone matching is available from 5,000 pcs per colour.
What testing comes with it?
Peel strength, absorbency, shrinkage, colour fastness and appearance, sampled per lot to AQL against limits you agree with us first. See certifications.
