OEM and private label, from a running model or a drawing

Most programmes start from something we already version. That removes the tooling cost and three months of development, and you still end up with a product nobody else on the shelf is selling.

What a programme costs to start

The numbers nobody publishes

The three ready material sets are summarised on the home page. This is the part that decides whether a programme is worth starting.

The part most factories leave out

We agree the limits before the line starts, not after you reject something

An inspection standard written after a dispute is not a standard, it is a negotiation. Send us your AQL levels and your defect classification at the quotation stage and we will quote against those. If you do not have one, we will send ours and you can argue with it while it is still cheap to argue.

Reports Issued on request, per lot, with the carton lot number so a claim can be traced.

What we need to quote

One email is usually enough

The fastest quotations we send are the ones where the buyer told us four things in the first email. If you have them, put them in; if you do not, send what you have and we will ask.

  • The product — a model from our range, a competitor sample, or a pad with a ruler beside it
  • The quantity — per size and colour, and whether it is a one-off or a programme
  • The trade term and port — FOB Shanghai, CIF your port, or EXW
  • The shelf price you need to hit — this is the one buyers hold back, and it is the one that lets us pick the right material instead of guessing

We reply within one working day, in English, from a person rather than a form.

Programme timeline
Enquiry to quotation 1 working day

Send us a pad. We send back a sample and a price per thousand.

A photo with a ruler, a drawing, or the pad itself — any one of the three is enough to start.
