On a running modelMost enquiries start from a model we already version. That saves the tooling cost and the three months a ground-up development takes, and you still end up with a product nobody else on the shelf is selling.
Changed without new tooling
- Pole and end-cap colour, to any Pantone above 5,000 sets
- Pad material, weight and backing type
- Retail box, sleeve, hang tag and barcode
- Set contents — how many spare pads go in the box
- Carton mark, inner count and pallet plan
Needs new tooling
- Frame geometry and pad footprint
- A new wringing mechanism or bucket shape
- Moulded parts that carry your own form language
We quote tooling separately and hold it on your account, so a second order carries no new setup charge.
