Flat mop range · our highest-volume line

Flat mops

The retail workhorse. One frame covers dry dusting and wet mopping, so a single SKU on the shelf sells two kinds of refill behind it.

Where it sells

Retail household programmes, hotel housekeeping, light commercial.

Who it is for

Retail chains, housekeeping contracts, anywhere the refill matters more than the mop.

Rebranding rules, tooling costs and what changes without a new mould are set out once on OEM and private label rather than repeated here.

Honest limits

Where this range is the wrong choice
Before you commit

Not the one for heavy water.

A flat frame holds what the pad holds. On a wet warehouse floor or a commercial kitchen you want cotton or PVA — this is a retail and light-commercial product and we would rather say so than sell you the wrong thing.

Questions about this range

Can I put my own brand on it?

Yes. Colour, pad specification, set contents, retail packaging and carton mark are all yours to set without new tooling. Frame geometry and moulded parts need a tool, which we quote separately and keep on your account. See OEM and private label.

What is the minimum order?

1,000 sets per model and colourway, or 5,000 pcs if you want printed retail packaging. Full figures are on ordering terms.

How fast can I see a sample?

5–7 days on this running model, free apart from the courier. A custom version takes 10–15 days and carries a US$ 50 sample fee, refunded against the first order.

Which pads does it take?

microfiber pad, disposable non woven, reusable non woven — all cut in the same plant, so the refill programme does not need a second supplier.

Send us a pad. We send back a sample and a price per thousand.

A photo with a ruler, a drawing, or the pad itself — any one of the three is enough to start.
