Where it earns its place
Cotton and PET together. It gives up a little absorbency to dry faster, which matters when a facility runs two shifts off one mop.
How we cut to a frame we did not version is on replacement refills; what we test and when is on certifications. Neither is repeated here.
Honest limits
Where this material is the wrong choiceMiddle of everything.
Slightly less absorbent than cotton, slightly less durable than pure PET. Chosen for drying time and landed cost, not because it wins on any single measure.
Best suited to Cost-balanced wet cleaning
Questions about this material
Will you cut it to a frame you did not make?
Yes, and it is most of what we do. Send the pad you use now photographed next to a ruler, or a drawing. We cut a die to it and keep the die on your account, so the second order carries no new setup charge.
What is the minimum order?
300 pcs per size as a trial on stock colours, 3,000 pcs per size and colour for standard production. See ordering terms.
Can you match a colour?
Twelve colours are held in stock. Pantone matching is available from 5,000 pcs per colour.
What testing comes with it?
Peel strength, absorbency, shrinkage, colour fastness and appearance, sampled per lot to AQL against limits you agree with us first. See certifications.
