What this version is
A traditional strip mop made from microfiber towel strips instead of cotton string. The strips are stitched together at the centre, folded in half and held in a plastic clamp that screws onto a stainless steel pole.
The towel strips take up water from spills and wet floors, and a worn head comes out of the clamp and is replaced with a fresh one.

Towel strips instead of string
Each head is a bundle of flat microfiber towel strips. They spread across the floor like a cotton mop and soak up liquid, and the flat strips open out to dry between uses.

Clamp head for quick changes
The blue clamp at the foot of the pole has a side lever. It holds the folded strip head, so a worn head is swapped at the clamp instead of replacing the whole mop.
Side lever — opens the clamp to change the head.
Screw collar — joins the clamp to the pole.

Stainless steel pole
The pole is stainless steel with a plastic grip and a hanging hole at the top, so the mop can be hung up to drain and dry after use.
