Every price and specification on this site is indicative. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. A binding price exists only in a written quotation naming your quantity, material, packaging and trade term.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to material cost at the time of order confirmation.
Production starts on receipt of a 30% T/T deposit and written approval of the sample or artwork. The balance falls due against a copy of the bill of lading. Orders above US$ 50,000 may be placed under an L/C at sight.
Stock samples carry a US$ 50 fee, refunded against your first production order. Custom samples are quoted per case.
Where you pay for a cutting die, it is held at our plant for your exclusive use and stays available for reorders. We do not run your die for another customer.
Lead times are working estimates from the date of deposit and artwork approval, not guarantees. Currently 35 days from confirmation.
Goods are inspected to AQL before shipment. Raise quality claims within 30 days of arrival, with photographs and the carton markings, so we can trace the lot.
Third-party brand names on our compatible refill pages identify the systems our pads fit. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to those manufacturers.
These terms are governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
