Only what you send us: your name, company, email address, country and the content of your enquiry. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and keep a record of what was agreed. That is a legitimate business interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and a contractual necessity once you place an order.
Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months. Order records: as long as tax and customs law requires, currently ten years in China.
Our own staff, and the freight forwarder and inspection body handling your shipment. We do not sell contact data and we do not pass it to marketing platforms.
This site loads web fonts from Bunny Fonts, a GDPR-compliant mirror that does not log visitor IP addresses. If you add analytics or chat tools later, list them here and add a consent banner for EU visitors.
