Founded in Suzhou
Started as a cut-and-sew operation making cotton mop heads for two domestic wholesalers. Twelve people, one cutting table.
KARE Mop is the export arm of Suzhou Kare Houseware Co., Ltd. Eighteen years in one product category, supplying wholesalers, distributors and brand owners in more than forty markets.
We make floor-care products, and only floor-care products. Eight mop system families and eight pad materials, cut, stitched, assembled and packed in our own plant in Suzhou.
That narrowness is deliberate. A factory that makes mops, buckets, brushes, storage boxes and garden tools is good at none of them. Eighteen years in one category means we know which microfiber weight survives a hundred washes and which one looks the same on the spec sheet and pills after ten.
Wholesalers and cleaning-product distributors who need a steady supply and a stable price. Brand owners who want a product on the shelf with their name on it. Retail suppliers running private label programmes across Europe, North America and the Middle East.
We are not a trading company, and we do not pretend the plant is bigger than it is. If a programme needs a capacity we do not have, we say so at the enquiry stage rather than at the shipment stage.
One person answers your email, in English, within a working day. The same person stays on the account through sampling, production and shipment. There is no handover to a different department halfway through, because there is no different department.

Not a growth story. Just the points where what we could make changed.
Started as a cut-and-sew operation making cotton mop heads for two domestic wholesalers. Twelve people, one cutting table.
A Middle East distributor took sponge mops. That order forced us to learn carton marking, loading plans and what an inspection report is.
The point at which quality stopped being one person checking and became a system with limits agreed in writing.
Brought pad cutting and stitching in house instead of buying finished pads. This is what made the refill business possible.
First dies cut for mop systems we did not version. Now the fastest-growing part of what we do.
Full social compliance audit, driven by European retail customers who could not list us without it.

A small export desk rather than a call centre. These are the roles; put the real names and faces in before this page goes live, because a named person is worth more than any certificate on this page.
Your first reply, your quotation, and the person who stays on the account. English, Monday to Friday.
Reads your pad or drawing, confirms the fit, cuts the die and keeps it on your account.
Agrees the inspection limits with you before the line starts, and issues the reports afterwards.
Before launchReplace these role cards with real names, photographs and direct email addresses. A named person outperforms every certificate on this site.
A photo with a ruler, a drawing, or the pad itself — any one of the three is enough to start.
One person reads every enquiry. Or write to leo.ma@szkare.com.
