Lift the hinged flaps, lay the pad under the head and press them shut; the 2 cm-high head then slides under furniture with 4 cm of clearance and swivels flat into corners.
A flat mop with a wide 34 × 14 cm head and a clip-on pad. Hinged flaps run along both long edges of the head; lift them, lay the pad underneath and press them down, and the pad is held without hook-and-loop or sewn pockets.
The head is only 2 cm high and turns on a 360° joint, and the iron pole comes in three sections that give 56, 96 or 129 cm overall.
01 · Clip the pad in, no tools
Each long edge of the head has a hinged flap that presses the pad into a slotted channel. Lifting the flaps releases the pad for washing or replacement, and pressing them down locks a fresh one in place.
No sewn pocket — the pad is held at the edges, not slipped over the head.
Quick change — lift two flaps, swap the pad, press them shut.
02 · Chenille microfiber pad
The pad is a thick chenille microfiber in grey, with a bound edge. The looped chenille pile holds water for wet mopping and picks up hair and dust when used dry.
Chenille pile — holds water and grips fine dust.
Bound edge — keeps the pad flat in the clips.
03 · Low enough for 4 cm gaps
The head and pad together stand about 2 cm high, so the mop slides under beds, sofas and cabinets that leave 4 cm or more of floor clearance. The 34 cm width covers a wide strip on each pass.
4 cm clearance — under most beds and sofa bases.
04 · 360° swivel into corners
The joint between pole and head turns through 360°, so the head can be steered round furniture legs and turned edge-on to run along skirting and into corners without lifting the mop.
Edge-on use — follows skirting boards and the gaps beside doors.
05 · Size and packing
The iron pole is three push-fit sections of roughly 42 to 44.5 cm each. Fitted together they give 129 cm overall; with fewer sections the mop is 96 or 56 cm for low or close work.

Extra pads per set, or pads sold as refills — quoted on request
The factory lists no fixed customisation MOQs for this mop, so logo, packaging and colour changes are quoted per order.
Because the pad is clipped rather than sewn to a fixed size, decide early whether the set ships with one pad or with a refill pack: spare pads are the repeat order.
Tooling costs, timelines and what stays on your account are the same across every product and are set out once on OEM and private label.
The pole comes apart into three sections, so a full-size flat mop ships in a 42 × 16 × 7 cm box and twelve boxes fill a 0.062 m³ carton. That is a small cube for a 129 cm mop, and it keeps freight per unit down.
Sea freight is the sensible route for a full order; air freight on boxed mops rarely makes commercial sense.
Trade terms, freight options and document sets are the same for every order and are set out once on ordering terms.
