What this version is

A white flat sponge mop with the wringer built into the handle. The grey sponge head has a grooved face and sits on a swivel joint; for wringing it swings in line with the pole and a sleeve slides down over it.

Inside the sleeve a squeezing roller presses the water out and a wiper blade scrapes grit from the grooves. After use the mop stands upright on its own head. Each set ships with two sponge heads.

Slide the sleeve to wring

Swing the head in line with the handle, then push the sleeve down over the sponge and pull it back up a few times. The roller presses the water out each pass, so the sponge is wrung without a hand touching it.

Hands stay dry — the sleeve does the squeezing.
90–100% water removal — as rated by the factory; treat it as a best case.

Wiper blade for the grooves

A comb-shaped wiper blade sits above the roller inside the sleeve. As the sleeve travels over the head it scrapes hair and grit out of the grooves in the sponge, so less dirt goes back onto the floor.

Stands upright to dry

The sponge head also works as a foot, so the mop stands on its own in a corner or beside a shelf without a hook or holder. The sponge dries in the air instead of lying wet on the floor or in a bucket.

Flat head, two heads per set

The low, flat head reaches under sofas and beds and along narrow gaps between furniture. Each set ships with two sponge heads, so one can dry while the other is in use.
