Yes, and it is most of what we do. Send the pad photographed next to a ruler, or a drawing. We cut a die to it and keep the die on your account.

Twelve colours are held in stock. Pantone matching is available from 5,000 pcs per colour.

300 pcs per pad size as a trial on stock materials. 3,000 pcs per size and colour for standard production, 1,000 sets for a complete mop, 5,000 pcs if you want printed retail packaging.

A running model is free apart from the courier, in 5–7 days. A custom pad is US$ 50, refunded against the first order, in 10–15 days because we cut a new die.

35 days after order confirmation.

30% T/T deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. L/C at sight on orders above US$ 50,000. Terms open up once we have shipped to you a few times.

No. Once a model is approved we keep the cutting die, the stitching setup, the colour standard and the packing artwork, so a reorder carries no new setup charge.

ISO 9001:2015 for the quality system, a full BSCI social audit, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class II on pad materials, and REACH screening on anything shipped into the EU. Steam mop units carry CE and GS.

Peel strength, absorbency, shrinkage, colour fastness and appearance, sampled per lot to AQL against limits you agree with us before production starts. We issue inspection reports on request.

Yes. Tell us the week and we will schedule production so there is something to see. Third-party bodies are welcome at any point in the run.

One person, in English, Monday to Friday. The same person stays on the account through sampling, production and shipment.

Within one working day. Fit confirmation on a compatible pad is within 48 hours of the sample arriving.

The product, the quantity, the trade term and port, and the shelf price you need to hit. The last one is the one buyers hold back, and it is the one that lets us pick the right material instead of guessing.
