Wrap a disposable wipe round the base, push the edges into the four corner grippers and mop; when it is dirty, pull it off and bin it, so nobody has to wash a pad.
A light dusting mop built around disposable wipes. The 25 × 10 cm PP baseplate has a printed top and four slit grippers at the corners; the edges of a dry or wet wipe are pushed into them, and the used wipe is pulled off and thrown away.
The pole is iron in three push-fit sections with a PP handle and hanging loop, and the whole mop weighs 0.4 kg. The top print can be made to your own artwork.
01 · Press the wipe into the grippers
Lay the base on a wipe, fold the wipe up over the long edges and push it into the slit grippers at each corner. The grippers hold dry dusting wipes and thin wet wipes alike.
Four grippers — one at each corner of the base.
No hook-and-loop — the wipe is held by the slits alone.
02 · Swap the wipe in seconds
Changing wipes is a two-hand job at the table or on the floor: pull the old one out of the grippers, wrap a fresh one round the base and press its edges in.
03 · Dry dusting on hard floors
With a dry wipe fitted the mop picks up dust, hair and fluff from wood, laminate and tile, and the dirty wipe goes straight in the bin, so there is no pad to wash.
Hands-off — used wipes go straight in the bin.
04 · Textured base under the print
The underside of the base has a raised wave pattern that presses the wipe against the floor, while the printed top carries the design and the grippers sit flush at the corners.
05 · Structure and size
PP handle, iron pole and PP baseplate. The pole comes in three sections of roughly 35 to 37 cm, giving about 108 cm overall on a 25 × 10 cm base.

The printed top is the selling point here: the factory already runs several flag and pattern designs and lists the mop as customised design, so your own artwork is the natural order.
The factory gives no fixed customisation MOQs for this item, so print, logo and packaging are quoted per order.
Tooling costs, timelines and what stays on your account are the same across every product and are set out once on OEM and private label.
The pole breaks down into three short sections, so each mop packs into an 11 × 5 × 38 cm box and 24 boxes fill a 0.088 m³ carton. That is a small, light pack for a full-height mop.
Sea freight is the sensible route for a full order. Wipes, if you add them to the set, change the carton count, so tell us early.
Trade terms, freight options and document sets are the same for every order and are set out once on ordering terms.
