What this version is
A round strip mop on a metal handle, with the wringing built in. The microfiber strands are fixed to a plastic socket, and twisting the collar winds them into a tight rope that squeezes the water out.
Each set comes with two heads, one fitted and one spare. The head comes off with its socket, so a worn head is replaced as one piece.

Twist the collar to wring
Hold the handle, turn the collar, and the strands wind round on themselves until the water runs out of the bottom. Untwist and the head opens out again for mopping.
Hands stay dry — the head is wrung by the collar, not by hand.
90–100% water removal — as rated by the factory; treat it as a best case.

Strip head for wet and dry floors
Opened out, the microfiber strips spread into a wide round head that holds water for wet mopping and picks up dust on dry floors. Wound up, the head hangs slim and dries quickly.

Two heads in every set
The set ships with a spare head on its own socket. Swap the used head for the clean one and the first can be washed and dried while the mop stays in use.
