A classic tie-on dust mop for large hard floors. A white cotton yarn cover on a twill back is tied over a detachable wire frame, and a metal clamp joins the frame to the handle: a one-piece 132 cm stainless steel tube, or a gold alloy pole of about 120 cm.
Heads come in six lengths from 40 to 110 cm, all 16 cm wide, and the backing comes in blue or army green with yellow bound edges, so one model covers a hotel corridor, an office floor or a factory aisle.
A long head covers a wide strip of floor with each push, which is why dust mops of this kind are standard in lobbies, offices, schools and factory aisles. The 40 cm head suits homes and small rooms; 90 to 110 cm suits open halls.
The cover is a twill fabric back with a dense double layer of cotton yarn. Pushed dry across a hard floor, the yarn picks up dust, hair and grit; the cover unties from the frame for washing. Backing comes in blue or army green.
The cover is held flat by a metal wire frame with H-shaped cross bars that stop it bending under pressure. The frame comes out of the cover, so the cover can be washed and the frame kept for the next one.
The metal clamp lets the handle swing through 180° over the head, so the mop can be steered round furniture and pushed into corners without lifting the head off the floor.
Slide the frame into the cover, set the clamp on the cover and clip it onto the frame, then fit the handle. Every head length uses the same clamp and handle.

Covers wear out long before the frame and handle, so replacement covers are the repeat order; each set already ships with two.

The full-length handle sets the carton length at 138–139 cm, so this ships in long cartons of 20 to 40 sets. Check the carton count for your head length before working out freight per set.
Long cartons load well in a full container but cost more per set by courier; sea freight is the sensible route for a full order.
