What this version is
A reusable 30 × 15 cm microfiber pad, compatible with the Swiffer WetJet spray mop and other flat mops whose heads measure 10–12 in (25–30 cm) and carry hook-and-loop. It covers the whole head and is washed between jobs rather than thrown away.
The face is a polyester/nylon microfiber pile over a sponge layer, with a white hook-and-loop back. It comes in blue or green and is sold singly, without the mop. Not made or endorsed by Swiffer; the name is used only to describe the fit.

Grips a hook-and-loop head
The white back is hook-and-loop fabric, so the pad presses onto the underside of a Swiffer WetJet or other 10–12 inch spray mop head and peels off again when it needs washing.

Microfiber over sponge
A polyester/nylon microfiber pile sits over a sponge layer, which holds the water from the spray and keeps the pad pressed evenly against the floor.

Washed, not thrown away
After use the pad goes in the washing machine and is dried ready for the next clean, so a few washable pads take the place of a running supply of single-use ones.

Size and packing
Each pad is 30 × 15 cm and weighs about 35 g. Pads ship loose in bulk, 200 to a carton, and are offered in blue and green.
