What this version is
A flat mop with a blue plastic frame, a swivel joint and a telescopic iron pole. The microfiber pad is a pocket sleeve: the frame slides into it, and the pad comes off for washing.
Four pads fit the same frame: a white microfiber pad with fringed ends, which the factory sells for cleanroom and antistatic floor care, a blue microfiber pad, a white pad with blue printed edging and a thick white plush pad for dry dusting.

Pocket pad slides over the frame
The pad has a pocket at each end. The flat frame tucks into the pockets, so the pad is held without clips or hook-and-loop strips and is pulled off for washing in a moment.
No clips — the pockets hold the pad on the frame.
Washable pad — pull it off the frame to wash it.

White pad for cleanroom use
The white fringed microfiber pad is offered by the factory as a cleanroom and antistatic (ESD) mop pad. No test data came with the listing, so ask for the factory's test report before selling it into a controlled environment.

Telescopic pole and swivel frame
The iron pole extends and locks with a collar, and the joint above the frame swivels, so the head lies flat on floors and can be raised against walls and ceilings.
