What this version is

A washable microfiber refill pad compatible with the Vileda UltraMax flat mop. Both versions share a 36 × 14 cm cloth; the 41.5 cm pad has a snap tab at one end and a pocket at the other, and the 46 cm pad has a snap tab at each end.

The face is a red, grey and white polyester/polyamide pile with bound edges. Not made or endorsed by Vileda or O-Cedar; the names are used only to describe the fit.

Two lengths, one cloth

The cleaning cloth is 36 × 14 cm on both versions. The 46 cm pad adds a rubber tab at each end; the 41.5 cm pad has one tab and a fabric pocket that slides over the other end of the plate.

Snap tabs hold it

Each red rubber tab has two snap holes. Fold the tab over the end of the mop plate and press the holes onto its studs; pull the tab and the pad comes free for washing.

Red, grey and white pile

Rows of red and grey tufts run through a white microfiber pile in a polyester and polyamide blend. The back is a striped flat weave with red binding round the edge.

Size and packing

The 41.5 cm pad weighs about 50 g and the 46 cm pad about 58 g. Each is sealed in its own OPP bag and sold without the mop, singly or in packs.

Each pad is sealed in its own OPP bag. For the 46 cm pad the factory packs 300 to a 50 cm cube carton at about 19 kg, so freight is set by volume rather than weight.

The 41.5 cm pad packs in the same way; its carton count is confirmed with the quote.
